Bruce Sowards, A co-founder and principal of B&S Consulting and Services, Mr. Bruce Sowards draws from over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has worked in the field as well as supervised workers, both operations and maintenance, for upstream and downstream facilities. He has trained operators in technical writing and trained technical writers in technical training development.
Prior to founding B&S Consulting and Services in 2005, he worked for a number of prestigious consulting firms as a project manager and training consultant. Mr. Bruce Sowards holds a business degree in Project Management.
 Karl Broman, Principal and co-founder of B&S Consulting and Services. Mr. Broman has over 30 years in training, organizational development, psychological assessment, and behavior modification. He has designed and implemented comprehensive training and performance programs, for various Fortune 100 industries, in the US, Europe, Africa, and South America.
Mr. Karl Broman's training and development programs have also included, upon request, competency modeling and pay for skills programs. He has also been called upon to identify staffing and selection needs for petrochemical plants that were either in the design or construction phases (selection programs are based on specific job skills and psychological inventories).
Mr. Karl Broman holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree (Industrial / Organizational Psychology) and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree (Clinical / Counseling Psychology) from the University of Tennessee.
Both Bruce Sowards and Karl Broman have provided services to a long list of Fortune 500 clients all over the world (please refer to the client list) and have a reputation for quality and expediency.
